Can I book a stay through hoprat?: No. hoprat is a comparison tool: it sells nothing, takes no payment and handles no bookings. The booking is always made on the operator's website, which remains your sole point of contact for payments, changes and cancellations.
The price shown does not match what I see on the operator's site.: That is to be expected: unless it says “price recorded on … on the park's website”, the amount shown is a hoprat estimate (accommodation, 3 nights, 4 people) used to compare parks with one another, not an operator's rate. Driving times are likewise calculated without traffic. The operator's website is the authoritative source. Report any significant discrepancies to us and we will correct the listing.
I represent a park and want to correct or remove a piece of information.: Write to us with the name of the park and the detail concerned: we deal with these requests as a priority.
How do I delete my data?: Favourites and preferences never leave your browser: clearing the site's data deletes them. For an alert or the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in the email, or ask us to do it. Details in the privacy policy.
