Nature of the service and affiliation

hoprat is an independent comparison and planning tool. It does not sell any stays: booking is always done on the operator's site (Center Parcs, Landal, Ardenne Résidences, EuroParcs, Sandaya, Sunparks, Vayamundo). No outbound link is an affiliate link today: our Awin and TradeTracker applications are under review, and our links carry only a statistical marker. The day a programme is accepted, booking after a click may earn hoprat a commission, at no extra cost to you. This remuneration does not influence the Hoprat Score, which is calculated solely from the characteristics of the parks.

Unless marked “price recorded on … on the park's website”, the amounts displayed are hoprat estimates (accommodation budget for 3 nights for 4 people) intended to compare parks with each other: they are not prices offered by the operators. These estimates, like the driving times, the ratings and the opening times displayed, are indicative and must be checked on the partner's site before any booking. hoprat cannot be held liable for any discrepancy between this information and the actual offer.

Intellectual property and sources

The texts, the Hoprat Score, the day programmes and the structure of the site are the property of Holliday Pratique. Park and operator names belong to their respective owners. The photos on the site are of two kinds. The real photos of the places come from Wikimedia Commons, under free licences (CC0, public domain, CC BY, CC BY-SA…): the author, the licence and the link to the Commons page of each photo are shown under the photo, in the gallery caption, in the “The surrounding area” section and in the credits at the foot of the park listing. As holiday parks are private estates, there is almost never a free photo of the park itself: a park's cover image and thumbnails are therefore mood illustrations from Unsplash (Unsplash licence), except where a free photo explicitly names the estate. The real geolocated photos around a park are shown only in the “The surrounding area” section, which states that they show the region and not the park. In both cases, these are not the parks' official photos: those are under the copyright of their operators and are reproduced only with their permission. The maps use OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL licence), the driving times OSRM, the weather Open-Meteo.

Applicable law

The site is subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Liège have jurisdiction. For any complaint, write to us first: we reply within 10 working days.
