A weekend means Friday to Monday, three nights. A midweek means Monday to Friday, four nights. The fourth night adds €169 to €268 to the total depending on the park, and takes €20 to €30 off the price of a night. Both figures are true at once.

Two chains hold 28 of the 33 parks we analysed in detail. They differ less in quality than in consistency: Center Parcs equips almost every site the same way, Landal lets each site be itself.
